Exploring Act-Two by Runway —
a tool that animates still images using motion from a video.
As a test, I animated a photo of myself (holding a folder and a ball) and compared it to previously
AI-generated characters.
The model currently performs more reliably with AI-generated images than with real photos. It’s useful to observe how these tools evolve and where the current limitations are.
